  • Minor variations in pattern, fabric shade, or print are normal and do not qualify for return/exchange.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are final.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Full payment must be completed before dispatch.
  • We do not offer credit unless approved in writing.

3. Order Acceptance

Your order is confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment
  • Verification of stock availability
  • Confirmation message from our team

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Payment issues
  • Fraud suspicion
  • Stock unavailability

4. Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. If unavailable:

  • We may offer an alternative
  • We may provide store credit
  • We may schedule a replacement dispatch

5. Returns, Exchanges & Replacement

Returns are not accepted unless:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect product received

6. Usage & Care

Garment care instructions must be followed as labelled. Issues caused by:

  • Bleach
  • Harsh detergents
  • Improper ironing
  • Rough handling
    are not covered under replacement.

7. Size Selection

Customers are responsible for checking:

  • Size charts
  • Measurements
  • Fit preferences

Wrong size orders do not qualify for refunds.

8. Custom Orders

Custom-stitched or specially requested garments:

  • Are non-cancelable
  • Cannot be returned or exchanged

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Weather
  • Festivals/strikes
  • Remote areas
    do not qualify for cancellation, refunds, or compensation.

10. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return/exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer.

11. Product Inspection

Customers must inspect delivered items within 48–72 hours and report defects immediately. Claims beyond this period are not accepted.

12. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • Payment is processed
  • Dispatch is initiated

In certain cases, cancellation fees may apply.

13. Privacy Protection

We handle personal data securely. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Personal dissatisfaction with style, fit, or comfort
  • Wear and tear
  • Damage caused during washing or alterations

15. Fraud Protection

16. Store Credit Policy

Store credits may be issued only when approved by management and are valid for 90 days.

Courier handling is beyond our control after dispatch. We are not liable for:

  • Transit delays
  • Package handling by courier staff

All transactions follow Indian law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
