At Axion Core Exim, every garment is quality-checked before packing. By purchasing from us, the customer agrees to the terms listed below.

1. No Refund Policy

All clothing sales are final. Refunds are not applicable under:

  • Wrong size chosen by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Color/print preference differences due to lighting or screen variation

No cash refunds will be issued under any condition.

2. Exchanges / Replacement

Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:

  • Received item has a manufacturing defect
  • Visible stitching error
  • Incorrect item received

Exchanges will be issued for the same product only. Size and color exchanges are subject to stock availability.

3. Proof Required

To request an exchange/replacement, the customer must submit:

  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A video demonstrating the defect or incorrect product

Evidence must be submitted before sending the product back.

4. Shipping & Transportation Charges

All courier / pickup charges for:

  • Returning the product
  • Receiving the replacement
    will be borne entirely by the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Warranty Terms

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, such as:

  • Stitching issues
  • Open seams
  • Factory damage
  • Major print flaw

Warranty does not cover:

  • Shrinkage due to washing
  • Color fading from normal wear/wash
  • Fabric pilling
  • Perfume, deodorant stains
  • Rough use / chemical damage
  • Improper ironing
  • Wear & tear

6. Exclusions

Exchange/replacement will be rejected if:

  • Product is worn/used
  • Tags/labels removed
  • Stains or odor found (perfume, sweat, deodorant)
  • Alterations or modifications done by the customer
  • Product lacks original packaging

Hygiene-sensitive categories like:

  • Innerwear
  • Socks
  • Swimwear
    are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customer must:

  • Check size charts before ordering
  • Verify color& fabric details
  • Read washing/care instructions

We are not responsible for size-selection mistakes.

8. Packaging & Return Condition Rules

To qualify for exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused & unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With intact tags
  • Without stains/odor

Products failing inspection will be rejected.

9. Timeline for Claims

Defects must be reported within:
48–72 hours of delivery
Claims after this period will not be accepted.

10. Replacement Processing Time

After receiving the returned item:

  • Inspection: 2–4 business days
  • Exchange dispatch: 3–5 business days after approval

Timeline may vary due to stock availability.

11. Color Variation Disclaimer

Slight shade differences may occur due to:

  • Lighting conditions
  • Camera filters
  • Display screen settings

Such variations do not qualify for replacement/refund.

12. Unauthorized Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will be legally disputed. Customer may be charged:

  • Courier cost
  • Legal fees
  • Administrative penalties

13. Delivery Delays

Delays due to:

  • Courier partners
  • Weather
  • Festivals/strikes
    do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or compensation.
